Chris Caforio

As a second generation GC, Chris grew up in the industry and gained valuable knowledge within a wide range of trades. With over 17 years experience, Chris sought his own licenses and was determined to build something of his own - Caforio Development Group, LLC.

Equipped with a strong ability to Project Manage, Chris is competent in leading teams, addressing issues with swiftness, eliminating costly setbacks and producing quality results. He lacks no confidence, making him the one clients want spearheading their projects.

Incorporated in 2015, Caforio Development Group has quickly grown its services from general construction to incorporate design and real estate. Our company is California licensed (CSLB #1024233), bonded, insured and in good-standing with all agencies.

We love what we do and appreciate our clients - most of whom have done 3+ projects with our team. We’re grateful to have generated most of our business through referrals and with zero advertising.

Going into 2019, we’re introducing ourselves through various networks enabling new clients & partners to find us that may not have otherwise. We welcome homeowners, property investors, industry professionals or other to reach out to us.
